Material Management & Material Tracking The Material Management reference system will be utilized for tracking Procureme

nt documents and materials as follows: Set Up Phase - The Project Procurement Manager, working with the Project Manager and Project Controls, will develop the milestones and scheduled milestone durat ions to be utilized in tracking documents and materials for the Project. Document Tracking Phase - The Project Procurement Manager will be responsible fo r the maintenance and timely input of status and completed milestones into the d ocument tracking system upon the receipt of an RFQ Package from Engineering thro ugh Purchase Order award. Material Tracking Phase - The Project Procurement Manager will be responsible fo r the maintenance and timely input of status and completed milestones into the m aterial tracking system from Purchase Order award through receipt of acceptable materials at the jobsite.
