Web site includes access to publications, documents and information by country on

international rules relating to capital movements, international investment and trade in
services. These legal instruments contain the principal legal commitments of OECD
members and provide a measure for assessing the extent to which candidates for OECD
membership adhere to standards set by these instruments. Also available in French.
