Other Important Information

You should have received a note asking your child to dress up like they are 100 years old. Your child should do this on Friday, Feb. 7 (due to our snow days, the 100th day of school has changed to Friday, Feb. 7). We are continuing to work more on rhyming in class. This is something that would be beneficial for you to work on with your child at home as well. Thank you! Our Valentines Day Party is on Thursday, February 13. At the party, the children will hand out Valentine cards to their classmates. Please do not put their classmates names on the envelopes or valentines. Just sign your childs name on the valentines. They are much easier to pass out if they do not have their classmates names on them. Each child will need to bring in 14 valentines for their fellow classmates. (There will also be optional bags for Mrs. Porter and Miss Burkitt.)
