I x _____________________ parent of ___________________ understand that in case an emergency situation arises that each contestant must have a parent/guardian or responsible adult present throughout the entire pageant day, as well as to assist them if needed backstage. No one other than the contestant is allowed on stage at any time in any categories ages 3 and above. On stage assistant must wear solid black or purchase an official ISE t-shirt. ISE prefers that our audience refrains from heckling, and offstage coaching and cueing of the contestants. It is also understood that ISE aims to provide a stress/drama/confrontation free experience for everyone and contestants or their affiliates who engage in any mal/inappropriate behavior or actions towards anyone attending an ISE event will be deemed ineligible for further competition without further discussion, negotiation and no refund will be issued . If ISE has a contestant who becomes disqualified for any reasons, they will be expected and required to leave the event immediately. Furthermore, I x_____________ hold ISE harmless from and against any and all liabilities, suits, claims, damages, injuries, and actions, costs and expenses of any nature of anyone whatsoever relating to any and all subject matter premises arising out of an act or common negligence of participants in attendance. ISE staff, volunteers, and its affiliate organization Northwest Tarrant County Scholarship Organization their employees, owners and members will not be responsible for any act of theft, vandalism, or accident no matter its level of severity which may occur to persons or property before the competition, during the duration of the competition, or after the competition. I also understand and agree to abide by the rules set forth in this application. I also understand that photos and videos may be taken throughout ISE events and these images may be published or used for advertising and promotional purposes by ISE and its agents. (I am opting not to be included in any photographs to be published______) ISE reserves the right to provide a professional photographer /videographer service in cities where the contractor is available, and in those cities no photography or videography of any kind is permitted by anyone else inside the pageant competition room/auditorium.
