students and teachers for the holistic development of Children in the
state by SPIC MACAY from 16th to 20th January, 2012 Sanction of
Rs. 10.00 Lakhs Orders Issued Reg.

The Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst
Youth (SPIC MACAY) Hyderabad chapter has proposed to conduct a 5 day residential
programme called INTENSIVES. The residential programme would be carried out from
16-01-2012 to 20-01-2012. A total of 150 schools would be targeted, 50 schools from
each region of Andhra, Talangana & Rayalaseema districts, In which 5 students and 1
teacher from each school are required to attend the programme, which will be held in a
host school with adequate infrastructure. The 5 day programme consists of Yoga,
Performing Arts, Interactive Story telling sessions etc.
The State Project Director RVM(SSA) hereby approves the proposals of SPIC
MACY for taking-up the programme in all the 3 regions in the state and sanction is
accord for releasing an amount of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs to SPIC MACAY from the budget
available under AWP&B of SPO for 2011-12.
The Finance Controller of this office is requested to release an amount of
Rs.10.00 Lakhs (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) from State Project Office in favour of SPIC
MACAY HYDERABAD bearing A/c. No. 10072482906 IFSC No. SBIN0003086
of State Bank of India, Narayanaguda, Branch Hyderabad from the budget available
under Sl.No 281 under REMS of AWP&B of SPO for 2011-12.
This has got approval of the Principal Secretary to Govt.(PE&SSA)A.P.,
Hyderabad.
