Overall the team performed well. The quality of work was very good. They sought clarifications rather than just carrying on with the work and that led to a quality output. What are the top 3 things that EDC can do better next time? The team is not too far off

Bedding down of the scope with the data and Analytics. The standard data audit check should not be performed as the value is low. High level count check & value checks should be sufficient. Summary of issues noted and provided. Delivery model on RS side needs to be finalised.

Specifically EDC: Exceeded expectations in the validation of data (this was core task assigned) Were timely in their communications and raised data issues early Thought beyond their assigned tasks and provided additional valuable data quality observations.
