SHOW CAUSE ORDER Relator Community Newspaper Holdings, Inc. d/b/a The Joplin Globe has filed a Petition in Mandamus and Suggestions in Support thereof requesting that Respondents the City of Joplin and City Clerk Barbara Hogelin be directed to produce portions of a report commissioned by the City of Joplin. Relator has requested a preliminary writ directing Respondents to show cause why a permanent writ of mandamus requiring production of the requested documents should not be entered. NOW THEREFORE, the Court, having reviewed the Petition in Mandamus and Suggestions in Support, and for good cause shown, directs that Respondents appear in Division II, Jasper County Circuit Court, and show cause why a permanent writ of mandamus should not be entered directing production of the requested documents.
