A common romance movie normally just touched about the usual side of love about a man and woman

who love each other. But in this movie it gives more, because this movie also pictured the struggle of someone in supporting his family and his nation also how he menerima his neglection of his intellegence in his own nation. This is the story of Indonesia's 3rd President, Habibie and his faithful wife, Ainun. From the beginning they met, through the rough waves of reformation, the battle with sickness, and until the last breath of Ainun. When Rudy Habibie came home to Indonesia to get himself recovered from tuberculosis, he met his middle school mate, Ainun has transformed into a very beautiful woman. A lot of single and rich men wanted to marry her. None of this men were in her interest. But, when Habibie walked to the door of her house, spontaneously Ainun had chosen Habibie as her husband. So Habibie decided to approach this popular lady, against all odds, marry her and take her back to Germany, to continue his study and work as an engineer. Rudys dream isnt easy, to build an aeroplane for his beloved wife and to serve this country. After 1959 there was a big changing in Indonesias government. Rudy was called back to lead the project to build an aeroplane. Rudys clean career brought him up to the cabinet and trapped him to the politics. However, the devoted wife, Ainun was on his side all the time, to remind him whats good and the dream they pursued, so they kept on the right path of life. What surprised me the most was Reza Rahardians act. When I saw him in the cast l ine up, I thought he couldnt memerankan Habibie dengan baik . However he could portray our 3rd President in a way we can see the real B.J. Habibie in him. This movie touched so many hearts that it was created into a continuously sold out movie. The movie strongly highlighted love and sacrifice to support each other, which made it such a great movie that showed "behind every successful man, there's always a successful woman behind them". A quote that is my favorite in this movie is: "Ainun, tidak merasa berkorban mas. Sejak pertama Mas mengijakkan kaki di rumah Ainun. Ainun sudah menentukan kalau mas pria yang tepat menjadi suami Ainun." Basically, this shows that true love really exists and it's not a burden. I recommend this movie to all those lovers out there.
