Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of incubator organizations
depends heavily on small and medium enterprises in building the
competitiveness from the viewpoint of the respondents and to achieve
the objectives of the study was used to identify the purpose of collecting
data from members of the study sample, amounting to (20) Single, have
been using the Statistical Package for Science Social (SPSS) to analyze
the data resolution, depending on the averages, etc. The study found a
set of results, notably:
1 - that the overall average of business incubators institutions - Business
Park - Small and medium was high, and perceptions of the study sample
examined, the dimensions of competitiveness was also high.
2 - that there is a positive role in incubator institutions - Business Parksmall and medium enterprises in building competitiveness (flexibility,
knowledge of work performance, quality).

The study recommends the need to adopt the study sample


examined, the new policy is working to expand the actual role of
business incubators by the state Directorate of the small and medium
enterprises to increase the ability of institutions to compete, and by
drawing closer to the young graduates of institutes and universities, and
the allocation of adequate support financially and technically, and
management, and to ensure that instill an organizational culture that
supports flexible Entrepreneurship policy of building competitiveness.
