The Percival Dining Room is the instructional facility for the students enrolled in the Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts Programs. We are located on the campus of South Puget Sound Community College, Building 27. Except for special circumstances, we are open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday through Thursday during regularly scheduled class days. For your convenience, you may obtain updated weekly operational information and make your reservations by calling 360.596.5404 or campus extension 5404. Free Parking Passes are available. This spring quarter, the Percival Dining Room menu features foods from North and South America. WE will be opening with a BUFFET on April 16th. Our new fixed cost menu will be in place by April 17. The cost for your meal will be $9.95 plus tax. This menu will include the choice of an appetizer or soup or salad and an entre that includes starch and vegetable, plus beverage. A variety of desserts from our Baking and Pastry Arts program will be provided at $3.00, a truly great value for the price and quality. Reservations are recommended for the Percival Dining Room.
