Rehearsal 1: Stretching/Alignment: Body stacking ribs, head as an atlas. Loose clavicular portion of body. But still tall in mid and lower back. Teach words : Imbene wote nsauti moja Have students find first pitch by playing/singing 1,3, 5, (depending on what not they start on). After a couple times through put both parts together. Students sing Imbene part and go onto Amani rhythm part.
