MINUTES OF COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 3rd DECEMBER 2014

Membership form update in abeyance.(see item 14)

SHARE program details for bank transfer of grant money received, completed, and
returned. It is hoped that successful grant application money would be in our account by next March.

BP presented details of shop heater, etc. Probable cost 100. No action.(see item 14)

BP presented details tills. No action on second-hand till. Retail sub-committee to put
together till training schedule for staff ready for 12th December.

Current financial situation: Available funds (after deducting contingency sums) 3,105.00
Trustees owe 531 for hangar expenditure, plus cost of stock taken from shop without payment.
60.74 paid out for Pup painting. N.B Chairman objected to this as costs should have been kept
within 1,000 grant.

The only funding request by volunteers is possible 25 for new bearings on lawnmower.

Chairman stated that there is a likelihood of changes to opening days, hours, charges. Deals
have been made to bring 3 coachloads of visitors each week, plus evening sing-song events with
food, etc. Talks should remain as scheduled, paid admittance controlled by coloured wristbands.
The Trustees have set a target income for 2015.

DJ reported on change to new website so that enquiries do not go to Niki Molnar, also
information submitted from Siobhan Collis has been incorporated in both FOSMA and the site
websites. Requested more info from speakers on content of their talks nest year.

Agreed that all agreements between FOSMA and any other party (e.g. shop agreement
between FOSMA and Trustees) be recorded in committee-accessible area of website.

There being no other business it was agreed that we prepare for an announcement on
Wednesday 17th December at the Trustees drinks/nibbles for all volunteers.
