Suggestions

1. Approach current admin to work together to design a retiree's shoulder flash to be placed on uniforms. 2. Have a small welcome package including new retiree's shoulder flash to give to new retiree's at their dinner. 3. Maybe collective meetings specifically oriented to discuss such matters. They could be conducted similar to our union meetings. Or should I say ex union meetings.
