‫سافر ابننا المهندس المدني يوم ‪ 13/7/2009‬للعمل مع شركة الكايد بمنطقة‬
‫الجوف حسب عقد مبرم بينهما فيه بند يمنح اي من الطرفين انهاء العقد متى ما‬
‫رغب في ذلك واشترط على العامل غرامة مالية قدرها ‪ 10000‬ريال في حالة طلب‬
‫الستقالة قبل الفترة التجريبية‪.‬‬

‫بعد اسبوع من وصوله الى الجوف ارتأ ان الوضع غير مناسب وان العمل ليس في‬
‫تخصصه فاخبر الكفيل برغبته في انهاء العقد ودفع الغرامة فوافق وقام قسم شئون‬
‫الفراد بارغامه على التنازل عن حقوقه كتابة حتى يتم اخلء سبيله‪ ،‬ولكنه لم يفي‬
‫بوعده وقام بنقله الى عرعر‪.‬‬

‫تحدثت اسر ةالمهندس مع السيد مفلح الكايد المدير التنفيذي لشركة الكايد اخوان‬
‫وطلبت منه تحديد مبلغ الغرامة ليقوموا بتحويلها اليه ولكنه تحدث معهم بلطف‬
‫شديد واخبرهم ان امر اخلء سبيل ابننا غير مرتبط بالغرامة ولكن الشركة قامت‬
‫برفع اسم ابننا للعمل ضمن مشروع يتبع وزارة الداخلية ول يمكن اخلء سبيله ال‬
‫بوجود بديل له فشكرته السرة ووعدته بتأمين عدد من المهندسين ليختار ما‬
‫يشاء‪.‬‬

‫قام ابننا المهندس بالتصال بزملئه وارسلوا له عدد ‪ 4‬مهندسين اختار منهم ثلثة‬
‫وبعد ذلك مباشرة قام بنقل ابننا للعمل بمنطقة بسيطة ‪.‬‬
‫نهاية شهر سبتمبر رغم الصيام قام ابننا المهندس باللتزام والعمل فيه ولكن‬
‫الكفيل قام بخصم ‪ 16‬يوم من راتبه ورضى بذلك عسى ان يتم اخلء سبيله‪.‬‬
‫قبيل اسبوعين قام الكفيل بسحب اقامته وتعهد مكتوب بعدم المطالبة باي حقوق‬
‫على ان ياتي اليوم التالي لستلم جواز سفره به خروج نهائي ولكنه رفض وهدده‬
‫بانه سيسلمه الشرطة اذا لم يداوم بحجة القامة غير الشرعية ‪..‬‬
‫ان اسرة المهندس اذ ترفع الى فخامة الملك المفدى هذه المظلمة انما تعتقد ان‬
‫ابنها المهندس عومل معاملة مجرمي الحرب‬
