Cellular Respiration Outline: 1.Phosphorylation: energy + P + ADP -> ATP A.

Substrate Level: Phosphate group broken down to produce ATP. B.Oxidative: Phosphate group is added using the electron transport chain. 2.Aerobic Respiration: A.Glycolysis: Glucose + 2ATP + 2NAD+ -> 2 Pyruvate+ 4ATP +2NADH -Glucose decomposes into pyruvate, producing ATP and NADH. B.Krebs Cycle: -Acetyl Coa + oxaloacetate -> 2CO2 + 3NADH + FADH2 + ATP -pyruvate to Acetyl Coa -3NADH, FADH2, ATP, 2CO2 produced C. Oxidative Phosphorylation: -NADH and FADH2s electrons pass down ETC and the energy provided phosphorylates ADP into ATP 3.Anaerobic Respiration: Uses NADH buildup A. Alcoholic Fermentation: Pyruvate + NADH -> ethanol +NAD+ + CO2 B.Lactic Acid Fermentation:Pyruvate + NADH -> lactic acid+ NAD+
