My Owl Card

You will need:

1. Cardboard
2. Dark-brown, Light-brown, and orange felts
3. Glue
4. Scissor
5. Pen
Step by step:
First of all, cut out cardboard to 15x21 cm.
Pick one part and then fold it.
After that, cut it to a half heart shape.
Next, cover the half-heart shape card with light-brown felt, for the background color, and cut as the
follow.
After finish cut the felt, glue the card into the felt or you can sew it if you prefer.
Make sure the felt and the card patch properly. Avoid bend in the middle of the card fold.
Next, make a circle on the light-brown felt and cut it, as the owls face.
Then, fold the dark-brown and the orange felt and then cut that to a half heart shape, as the wings.
Cut two rectangles and two small circles as the eye brows and the eyes.
For the eye brows, cut the two corners to pointed shape.
After that, patch the eye brows and the eyes on the owls face.
Then glue the face on the card and the wings on the middle of card fold.
For the wings, put the dark-brown first then the orange on its top.
Next, make the feathers and the claws of the owl.
Use the oranges felt for the feathers and the dark-brown felt for the claws.
Glue the feathers under the face and the claws under the body.
At last, write your words inside and your owl card is ready!
