Referred to be as Candidate of the one part and SadiqAmeenHuman Resource Services hereinafter refer to
as consulting firm of the other part.

Where the said candidate has agreed to give ONE& HALF MONTH COMPLETE (GROSS)
SALARY (Seventy Five percent of his first pay after getting first gross salary from employer and the
remaining Seventy Five percent after getting second gross salary from employer for the second month of

Now this indenture witnesses that pursuit to the aforesaidagreement and in consideration of the one
and half month complete salary pay after getting the job offer letter here in reserved and of the covenants
and conditions herein contained, The candidate here by grant right to SadiqAmeen Human Resource
Services Karachi to deduct/recover/receive of his/her pay as after he gets job offer letter.
4.
SadiqAmeen Human Resource Services has legal right to disengages, cancel and reject this
agreement by giving a notice to candidate prior to taking any action again the candidate.
5.
In any case of violation SadiqAmeen Human Resource Services has legal right to take any legal
action against the candidate including forcing the hiring company to expel the candidate from his services.
6.
Candidate will pay Amount describe after getting the job offer letter and after joining the hiring
company from 75% of 1st monthly gross salary and remaining 75% of 2nd monthly gross salary.

7.
Signatures on this agreement are of same references andcandidates have provided valid information
as per this agreement. If any information found wrong or invalid Manpower services may take any legal
action against the candidate.
