DTI
If DTI consent is required, it needs to be requested 28 days before the well activity is planned to start.
The DTI has to give consent for a range of operations. Sufficient information should be provided and a comple Well Design Document may be required.
HSE
HSE notification has to take place 21 days before the activity starts. The RS is responsible for all contacts with the HSE.
The programme should be at the HSE for notification at least 3 weeks before the operations commence.
Safety Case
The programme is checked for compliance to the safety case be the independent competent person/group before it is send to the HSE.
Environmental assessment
