First you will need to open up the Sections atom and change the

Room field. Example you will need to type in 16-01,etc.. in the

Room Field for every homeroom section. Once you are done run

the queries below.

Query to change and/or populate the Room# field with the same
homeroom number that is in the sections.

CHANGE: ASTU ACLS AMST HomeRoom=Room IF BegPeriod = “0x” (where x is the

homeroom period)

Query to change and/or populate Tchr# field with same teacher

as Homeroom.

CHANGE: ASTU ACLS AMST Advisor = TchNum IF BegPeriod = "0x" (where x is the
homeroom period)
