I'm very interested in working in the clerical field because I enjoy working with eole
and in the office environment. I just recently comleted training at !ohnson "ducational
Institute in comuter alications such as Microsoft #ord$ "%cel$ &ccess and '(). I
have over * years e%erience in the clerical field and erformed a variety of duties such
as data entry$ filing$ filing$ fa%ing$ hoto coing$ answering multiline hones. I work well
with co+workers and suervisors and feel I with my skills and knowledge your comany
will be an e%cellent lace to launch my career.

I feel my interersonal skills$ my fle%ibility$ my commitment to my work are the greatest
assets I ossess.

I don-t want to consider it a weakness but I found Microsoft (ffice very useful in my last
job so I decided to enroll at our Community Comuter Center and imrove on my skills$
It has been very helful to me.

I decided it was time to return back to school to imrove on my clerical skills so enrolled
at I/C and took a coule of "nglish courses and 0(1 to brush u on my clerical skills.

I definitely see my self in the clerical field3 I don't want to consider this just an other job
but a career$ for me. I want to do what ever is necessary to advance by taking any job
training offered to me so I can imrove my skills and value.
