SB T has approximately 59 miles that are, a lower priority, of Pedestrian Fence Miles for CY 08. We
have include these miles an all our planning. We are in fact managing these miles like they are PF225
miles. They are included in Real Estate ROEs, EA and ES and draft RFPs. Because these miles are in
NM, AZ and CA the real-estate needs are limited to Staging and access roads.

We will review construction requirements for these miles and provide a drop dead date for a decision
to execute a determined number of contingency miles We will provide that answer by first week of
