relationship between purchased books and digital resource accounts?

1) Confirm we are budgeted and planning purchases on an annual basis and
not 7 years in advance. Yes/Agreed
2) Review price tabulation numbers. Yes/Agreed/Validated
3) Any challenges to deliver by August 15th based end of June 2014 purchase
order. Vendor stated No Problem

4) Weve reviewed all finalists price offers and we are offering all finalists an
opportunity to present the District with any updated pricing.
Price is firm at this stage If Math in Focus is the Committees choice by
merit of the program and the District is challenged by the cost, additional
price negotiations are possible. Publisher Rep. referred to this program as
a Price Match Plus Premium program.

If the Committee does not choose Math in Focus as winner by Merit,
Publisher will not consider additional price concessions.

5) We asked if vendor/publisher has any questions of us.
A. They asked about the Videos T & L committee and when we needed
these by- we responded -8:30AM 4/25/14
B. HM Suggested Consultants go to meeting (in lieu of Video)-Andy
Clark/Joseph Kubrick- for 1 hour
C. HM offered Video Chat
D. Math in Focus PD-suggested we look at the references Highline and
Anchorage School Districts made on Houghton Mifflins math
curriculums.
