TMS - SELFCLIMBING SYSTEM CLIMBEX
The TMS Selfclimbing System Climbex is a
hydromechanically driven lifing appliance.
In conjuncton with special scafolds connected
to it, it can be used for lifing formwork or other
loads, as well as wind protecton shield.
One of the biggest advantages is the independence
of a crane, through the use of hydromechanical
components.
Further advantages are:
The system is guided to the constructon during
the climbing process.
Secured climbing up to a wind speed of about
70 km/h.
Big platorms, variably adjustable in its size and
shape according to the building geometry.
Arbitrary height of the pouring sectons up to
4.5 m.
Refnishing of the concrete surfaces can be made
easily from the suspended platorms.

When performing the structural design
calculatons for the CLIMBEX hydraulic system two
diferent load situatons must be considered on
the constructon site.
The loads in the statcally anchored state, in
which all the actual building operatons are carried
out.
The loads occurring during climbing (especially
the max. allowable wind load of about 70 km/h).

Climbex Windshield System is used in high rise buildings to protect the workers against wind and also as a safeguard not to
fall down. This situaton increase the productvity on the job-site a lot!
The complete closed protecton can be moved from foor to foor
by crane, using a traverse or
by TMS hydraulic-system - always designed and optmized for the project!
