PAN India Licensee for leading global brands for children including Levis Kids, Nike Kids and Jordan Kids.

Kapsons has also established itself as the leading distributor of Noth India with distribution of more than
15 brands including Timberland, Puma Arrow, United Colors of Benetton, US Polo, Lee, Wrangler among
others and has been acknowledged as the Best Distributor of North for four consecutive years by
Clothing Manufacturers Association of India. Kapsons Agencies operates a distribution network of 15
brands across Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.

The latest feather in our cap is the long term licensing agreement in India of Kapsons with Iconix
Lifestyle India Private Limited, a joint venture between Iconix Brand Group and Reliance Brands Limited,
to launch London Fog in India.
