Artificial cerebral spinal fluid (aCSF)

We use this for microdialysis in the brain and in some of our microfluidic
chips. If we were ex vivo and using enzymes we would add buffer salts.
- 147 mM NaCl
- 2.7 mM KCl
- 1.2 mM CaCl

- 0.85 mM MgCl

in distilled water and stirring till a colourless solution is formed.

other membranes in the system.(
