Well, looking over my Fitness Gram, and checking over to make sure it is correct, I would have to say myself that I have actually increased during the time that I have done it before, and the time I have done it now. It is most noticeable if you check both the Muscular Strength/Endurance section, which as you can see that I have increased my push ups from ten to twenty-one, and my curl ups from twenty-one to twenty-seven. To make it more understanding, I increased my number of pushups by just eleven, and my number of curl ups by just six more.
