Firstly, FCHO moved Selima HR & Payroll software from the local authoritys
infrastructure to the highly resilient Selima Private Cloud.
Next, Selima software was completely reconfgured by FCHO staf to
refect the changes to contract terms and provide HR and managers with
immediate access to key employee information.
RESULTS
Manager self-service ensures managers have great visibility of their teams,
whether it is absence information or disciplinary records. Use of online
capabilities such as booking of annual leave has completely removed paper
processes.
Likewise, management information is available at the touch of a button
providing both HR professionals and managers with great quality business
intelligence.
FCHO is now implementing performance related pay and again Selima HR
is coming into its own. Allowing FCHO to quickly and easily reconfgure the
system to support the business as it changes.
