STEPS IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY:
1. In the event of fire or other emergency within the
premises, alert all staff and workers and if safe to do
so, assist them to evacuate the area and gathered at
the assembly area.
2. If safe to do so, check all the office rooms and other
area are empty and ensure no one re-enter the
building once evacuated.
3. Contact the civil defense team and ask for the
services, provide details of the emergency condition.
4. Staff to also contact the evacuation coordinator to
inform them of situations.
5. Roll call to be conducted as soon as possible by the
evacuation coordinator and to ensure all occupants
are accounted for, all missing workers should be
reported to the civil defense officers.
