In 2011 my passion for and desire to start a career in the automotive marketing industry led me
to accept a position with Carlson Marketing on the aa! Cars "orth #merica account where I
served as the Team $ead for aa!%s Marketing #ssistance Center& #s the Team $ead I was
responsi!le for the supervision of a team of ' individuals that were tasked with providing
dealers, field reps, and customers with high(touch customer service solutions& While working at
Carlson Marketing, I was closely involved with creating and designing direct and electronic mail
campaigns that were delivered to dealerships and customers which included purchase incentives,
re!ates, and important dealership information& In addition, I managed and led social media
analysis to maintain an understanding of the general pu!lic%s opinion of aa! as they were

)nfortunately, when aa! Cars "orth #merica entered into !ankruptcy I was laid off& I re(
entered the automotive marketing industry when I accepted a enior #ccount *+ecutive position
with #IMI#, working on two ,eneral Motors accounts& -ver the ne+t year, I worked closely
with high(level managers and directors to re(structure the glo!al corporate culture at ,M&
Through managing multi(disciplinary pro.ects such as a glo!al culture !ook, culture video,
employee recognition program, videos for the ,M /uarterly *arnings 0roadcasts, and multiple
print pieces, I gained great e+perience in managing multi(faceted pro.ects& I also lead monthly
status meetings to update and communicate pro.ect performance and results to ,M *+ecutive
$eadership Team mem!ers&
In my current position as an #ccount Manager with #IMI# on the "avistar account, I manage a
multi(disciplinary program whose primary goal is to deliver 1ualified sales leads to the
dealership network and increase revenue, while strengthening !rand loyalty and advocacy& #s
an #ccount Manager, I supervise a team of ' 0rand #m!assadors and work closely with them to
ensure their efforts are aligned with "avistar%s program goals, and that monthly 23I%s are
achieved& In addition, I manage relationships with multiple "avistar employees in many
different functions such as sales, marketing, product planning, parts4service, and product strategy
in order to align the efforts of my program with the desired !usiness results of "avistar&
