I am happy to confirm that I observed Zena, facilitate a very positive de-brief & planning session with the
teenage volunteers who help run the Fun Time Friday provision on that evening.
A ey theme of this was to encourage, motivate & enable the young people to put forward their ideas for
service delivery & development, as well as thining about their own developmental needs.
The session was highly participative & silfully facilitated ! particularly given the diversity of age " social
group etc amongst the young people #& some historic tensions between individuals$.
All in all, a very positive session, showing a wide range of awareness, communication sills &
appropriate leadership styles.
