First 10kg: 4cc/kg/1hr
Second 10kg: 2cc/kg/1hr
Third rest: 1cc/kg/1hr
40+20+50 = 110cc/kg/hr = 2640cc/kg/d

Mostly D51/2 NS for IV fluid (50 g/dL dextrose w/ 77 meq/L Na and 77 meq/L Cl)
