Abstract
In recent years, engineering accidents have occurred from time to time .The detection and monitoring of concrete structures crack
has become the focus of security and quality inspection departments. Currently, there are some detection methods about concrete
cracks, but they all have some common problems, such as poor intuitive, cannot detect the shape of cracks and so on. Based on the
above shortcomings, this paper proposed and experimental tested the method using industrial TV development as the core
technology which we called it Detecting Crack with Ray & Fluorescence Powder, in order to improve the intuitive and accuracy
of detection by using industrial-ray detection principle and the principle of light-emitting phosphors, combing with
micro-organisms and nanomaterials technologies. Based on Detecting Crack with Ray & Fluorescence, this paper also puts
forward the idea, called Detecting Crack with Ray & Micro-organisms, of detecting crack by showing the place where
micro-organisms are. The principle of two detection methods is the same, identifying the specific distribution of internal cracks in
concrete through the good discrimination of medium under the x ray flaw detector, except that the mediators of the two methods
are different. Detecting Crack with Ray & Fluorescence Powder is use for the crack with little vertical height while Detecting
Crack with Ray & Micro-organisms is used for the large.
