Self-Worth and Values An Analysis and Proposal

1. Value (V) is what you direct your Time & Energy (TE) towards as well as the
intensity and duration of the TE you are directing.

2. What you V is Who You Are the total sum of your behavior and actions your
Identity (I)also known as Ego or Self.

3. Your Self-Worth (SW) is your I according to what you V.

4. SW is obtained through your Value To Others (VTO) and your Value To Yourself
(YTY).

5. When your SW comes from your VTO then you are controlled by others Society
and its various Collectives from Government to Family and you are considered
Altruistic and Good; when your SW comes from your VTY then you are controlled by
yourself and you are considered Selfish and Bad.

6. Your VTO is easily understood. However, your VTY needs explaining. Your I is a
composite of Relationships (R) with Others over the years of your existence. Who
you are now, your I, has been created out of the sum of those R as they shaped the
essential potentials your genes endowed.

7. Whatever your I now is has determined and continues to determine how much of
your SW comes from VTO and how much from VTY.

8. If your VTY aligns with, enhances, or at least does not diminish your VTO, then
you will experience a higher SW.

9. If your VTY does not align with, enhance, or diminishes your VTO, then you will,
usually, experience a lower SW. But there is an exception to this.

10. It is possible for your VTY to not agree with your VTO and yet still experience a
higher SW. However, for this to happen, you must become Personally Responsible
for your Freedom.
