log in safe mode (f8)

go to windows startup login and type "REGEDIT"

go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, go to SOFTWARE folder
then go to MICROSOFT folder, look for Windows NT, go to CurrentVersion folder
then go to ProfileList

Right click and then rename it as S-1-5-20-5662-1001.ba
For the folder with the .bak name, take out the .bak

Go back to the one renamed as .ba then change it to .bak

Go back to the one without the .bak folder, then go to ref count and double click it


Change the value data from 1 to 0
Then double click state


Change the value data to 0
Close the dialog box and restart computer
