Almond face mask for fair and glowing skin
This homemade face mask of almonds can do wonders with the colour of your skin. Use
daily for a fortnight and see the result yourself. Better than any skin care product in the
market. I have tried it and you can see the result the very first day.
Ingredients:
3-4 Almonds
Milk to soak the Almonds.
Preparation:
In the morning soak 3 or four almonds(according to the area on which to be applied may be
used for other parts of the body as well) in the milk. At night mash these almonds in the milk
you can use some more milk. Mash it to form very fine paste. Apply to the face. Leave for
whole night. In the morning wash face with cold water. With this face mask your skin
becomes lighter as well as glowing. This homemade remedy for getting fair and glowing skin
also leaves your skin smooth and silky.
For dry skin, you can use daily. For oily skin use twice in the week.
Cucumber and lime juice face mask
Cucumber also has great skin lightning effect. It helps in healing the sunburn too. Combined
with limejuice is best skin lightning face pack for oily skin
Ingredients:
One tablespoon cucumber juice
One teaspoon lime juice
One teaspoon turmeric
One teaspoon glycerine (for dry skin)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and apply on your face can be applied under and around eyes also.
Apply with the help of cotton balls. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash with cold water .For best
results use this face mask daily for a week. Best for oily skin. For dry skin add some
glycerine .

Ingredients:
One tablespoon Gram flour(Besan)
One teaspoon lime juice
One teaspoon turmeric
Rose water for mixing
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and make a paste. Apply on your face . Leave it till dry. Wash with

Ingredients:
Half a banana mashed
One egg white
One tablespoon curd
Preparation:

Camomile tea

Potato Juice
Lemon juice

Rice soaked in milk and grinded 2 tblsp

Pimples and pigmentation marks are a basically a result of indigestion in stomach.Other
causes of pimples are pollution and hormonal changes in teenage. Use of cosmetics in early
teens also causes acne and scars.Pimples and pigmentation can be treated by home remedies.
One suffering from pimples should improve their digestive strength and keep the intestines
clean. Walking in open and fresh air and taking proper diet also helps in curing acne. Use of
cosmetics should be minimum. Wash your face four to five times a day with water to clean
the slim and avoid pimples and pigmentation. Never pinch the pimples or try to break them.
This spreads the pimples on face faster and causes permanent scars on the face. Take hot
steam before applying any, pack for immediate results.
Following are some of the home remedies to get rid of pimples and pigmentation.

1. A very effective and easy method for removing both pimples and pigmentation is take the
cream from fresh milk, add few drops of lemon and apply on the face .
2. Take equal quantities of basil leaves and lemon juice and apply on the pigmentation marks,
dark circles or pimples.
3. Take glycerine four times the quantity of lemon juice mix it and rub the face to cure acne.
It will also help in lightening the scars and pigmentation left by pimples.
4. Take the dried orange peels grind it in water and apply the paste on the face. This removes

5. Rub Jaiphal in raw milk and apply on pimples and pigmentation marks. Leave it foe whole

10. Boil the neem leaves in water and sieve it. Wash the face with this water to remove

12. Take carrot, tomato, radish and other green salad along with meals everyday to remove

pimples.
14. A natural cure for pimples and pigmentation is to enhance your intake of water. Water
removes toxins from your body and helps lighten blemishes and scars, leading to bright and
glowing skin.
15. Apply some baking soda with water on your face. However, you must not keep this
extract on the skin for more than a minute. You must take a test by applying baking soda on a
small patch of skin other than your skin to check the senstivity of your skin. This cures

16. You can also use aloe vera juice to lighten scars caused by acne.
17. Sandalwood is very effective for removing scars from face. Rub sandalwood with milk

12 Health Benefits of Lemon Tea

For Fair Skin
Take half kg fresh rose petals and add 1 liter distilled or mineral water. Simmer it
gently for 15 minutes on low flame. Pour 1 tsp. almond oil and sprinkle 3 or 4 drops
of the tincture of benzoyn. Pour this concoction into a bottle, keep it in the refrigerator
and spray on your face daily.
Soak some bread slices (sides only),1 stalk of a herb mulethi (optional) or
sandalwood, pinch of saffron and few drops of almond oil in milk cream. Leave it
overnight. In the morning, take a small piece of muslin (malmal). Put the whole paste-
like-mixture onto the cloth, fold all sides and rub on your face daily. Make fresh
mixture everyday.
Grate carrot and boil. Massage that mixture to body to get fair and smooth skin.
Soak 4 almonds overnight. Make a very fine paste with them, using milk to grind
them. Apply this paste on the neck and face before going to bed. Wash with cold
water in the morning. Repeat daily for 15 days, followed by twice a week.
Take 1 tbsp. of gram flour and 2 tsp. of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice. Mix
well and apply. Wash after 15 minutes. Repeat for 4 weeks and follow up with once a
week.
For Facial Hair
Apply gum of the rubber-plant on the hairy part of your face and leave for half an
hour. Wash and spray rosewater.
Get your face hot-waxed after every 15 days. It will weaken the roots of hair
Apply a mask of a paste made of sugar, lemon and water in the direction of hair
growth. Rinse after 10-15 minutes. Apply twice a week.
Apply a mask of a mixture of 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and 4 teaspoons honey
in the direction of hair growth. Rinse after 10-15 minutes. Apply twice a week.
To turn hair golden brown, apply before bedtime a paste of 2 teaspoon fresh lime
juice and teaspoon sugar, 3-4 times a week for 2 months.

Drinks For Glowing Skin
1 tsp. green tea
1-2 spinach leaves.
2-3 long cloves
Sugar or honey for taste
Cook all these ingredients on low flame and drink this tea daily once for glowing skin.
1cup warm milk, 1 tsp kewra, 2 to 3 almonds crushed, some pistachios crushed, 2 to 3
raisins , a pinch of saffron, chaandi ka warq, 1 tsp rosewater. Drink twice a day.
Masks For Glowing Skin
Take a big strawberry or 2 cherries, 2tbsp yogurt, half tsp multani mitti, half tsp of
lavender or jasmine oil and apply daily. Let it dry n wash it off spraying medicated
rosewater after that.
1 tomato crushed, 2tbsp honey, a pinch of camphor (kaafoor), 2tbsp rosewater. Mix n

Green Tea For Weight Loss
Heat up 8 glasses of water. When it begins to boil, add 6 tsp. of green tea and let it simmer on
low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. When 6 glasses of the water remains, add a stick of cinnamon,
1 cardamom, 1 stick mulethi, a pinch kalonji, 1 clove, ginger and garlic 1 piece each. When it
begins to boil again, add a few mint leaves and store it in a thermos. Sprinkle a few drops of
lemon n brown sugar before drinking. Drink 6 to 8 cups daily.
IMPORTANT: THOSE WHO HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEM, SHOULD
NOT ADD CINNAMON TO THEIR TEA.
