Fellow Associates,

As the summer selling season is rapidly coming to an end and the Back to
School buying is preparing everyone for school, our thoughts will soon turn to
fall. We often use the term landing the plane to characterize the transition. If
you would like to discuss some of the details of the landing stop by my office.
The numerous AEM meetings we have done together have given us the
feedback to enable us to strengthen our relationships and enhance the customer
experience. The tremendous number of associates that desire to help with
community events is particularly encouraging.
Soon we will be planning for Halloween and Thanksgiving and the summer
will be just a memory. Enjoy the rest of the warm days. Ill talk to you soon.
