Reimbursement of Moshin Brothers

1. It is my understanding with them that CU shall be reimbursing actual amounts to Moshin

Brothers based on the bills. Based on this principle, I am providing AC's, Power Inverter, Crane
Hire Charges actual amounts.

2. Following are not required to be reimbursed due to specified reasons below:

Relating to Bill AA:

a) In the project proposal, we have very clearly given that they should Safety Path. Thus, we do
not need to reimburse the Zebra Marking. (Point 4)

b) I have not requested Garden as I am constrained with space. It is likely to hinder the
movement of trucks. Now I am destroying it, people will see me a company against
environment. (Point 5)

c) I have never and not called for a generator. (Point 6)

d) Cabling, Panel Board and related works fall well within electrical works and generator shed.
(Point 7)

e) We have to receive the signage. (Point 9)

f) We have used the crane for two days. First day, Mr. Nagababu paid the crane charges, which
is Rs. 1,500. Second day, the crane was only used for 2 hours. Thus, the charges are
rationalized.

Relating to Bill BB:

a) My personnel have not used or requested for operation of generator as they have inverter. The
inverter was installed on 24th April 2009. Our occupying premise effectively was on 1st May
2009. I believe my staff.

The above has been prepared based on indepth discussion with our team. I have done my duty duly
without any unbias.
