                          lecture:    1 week
                          hands-on: 4 weeks

LECTURE SCHEDULE:
                          Monday:       9:00am-3:00pm
                          Tuesday:      9:00am-12:00 noon
                          Wednesday: 9:00am-12:00noon
                           Thursday:    9:00am-3:00pm

HANDS-ON SCHEDULE (Monday to Friday, 8 hrs/day)

                    Shifts to choose from:
                       5:30am-1:30pm      (PKDF 1&2)
                       9:00am-5:00pm      (PKDF 2)
                       1:00pm-9:00pm      (PKDF 1)
                    Contact hours: 160
                    Attire: Green scrub suit

REQUIREMENTS:
                    Photocopy of PRC ID
                    Hepa Profile Screening (Anti-Hbs, HbsAg, Anti-HCV)

NOTE: HD Training starts every after four weeks
