I have contacted Mary Anderson in Visionone she said that shipment they sent us have been damaged in transport. I
explained that you would contact delivery service Air Parcel Post asking or an explanation! and that you suggested
that they send replacement direct to Mr "ohnson! by courier. I am waiting or her response.

%here are two training providers about costumer&s care training programs that we are considering! 'xcellence
%raining and (annerdown.
)e have previous experience in telephoning and time management courses or our graduate training programme
with 'xcellence %raining! but their courses can&t start until *ctober. %hat means that they could not meet our
deadline.
And although we have no previous experience (annerdown. %hey have lots o experience in training courses! and we
can start in August .And one o the beneits is that the price is +,- lower.
My suggestion is to deinitely choose (annerdown .(oth o them are excellent and although we have previous
experience with 'xcellence %raining! I think that (annerdown has better oer or us at this moment.
