4- The two parties of this contract are submitted
to the regulation of the Labor Law No 12 for
the year 2003 and the social insurance Law No.
79 for the year 1975 and the ministerial
Decrees in this regard.
5- A Three (3) months notice period is requested
in the event of termination of a contract.
However, the company has the right to
instantly terminate the contract at any time
during the probation period without any prior
notice or compensation.

6- Working Hours: As Per Law.


7- Vacations: As Per Law.

8- The employee is not allowed to be engaged in


any other job with or without salary even after
working hours or during the annual leave. It is
also forbidden to participate directly or
indirectly in any activity which many conflict
with the Company interest.

09- The employee must respect the dignity of the


post and maintain a good appearance suitable
to the nature of the Companys work.

10- The employee has to keep confidential all


information concerning the activities of the
Company or its Clients. Any breach of this
provision will be a cause to terminate this
Contract.
11- All production done by the employee
intellectual

and

artistic

during

his/her

employment period is exclusive property of the


employer, and the employee is not entitled to
claim any increase in pay or any other
remuneration for this product.

12- After the completion of the probation period


this contract shall not under any circumstances
be terminated before the end of its terms unless
due to one of the causes mentioned in the
Labor

Law

or

the

Companys

internal

regulations and the employee undertakes


immediately to deliver to the Company all
documents, funds or any other properties

13- It is agreed upon between both parties in case
that the Employee intends to terminate this
Agreement or submit his resignation; he
undertakes to notify the Company in written
with a Fifteen Day notice period. The
Company shall have the absolute discretion to
accept or refuse the said termination or
resignation.

14- The employee declares that any notice sent to


him / her at his / her address mentioned in this
contract shall be considered duly served. The
employee also undertakes to notify the
Company in writing of any address changed
within one week of this change.

15- All disputes that may arise in connection with


the contract shall be referred to the Court of
property.

16- This contract is drawn in three copies, one for


each contracting party to act accordingly and the
third copy to be sent to the specialized social
insurance office.
