lagte hai mean 01-09-14 ke bad hi issue hoga)
vo As OBC apply nhi kar skte kya?????????

kar sakte hain uska matlab hai ki
tumhara obc ka certificate 1-09-
14 tak 1 saal ke ander ho yaani ki
agar tumhara certificate 1-09-
2013 ke baad ka hai to valid hai
yani ki interview se pehle kabhi
ka bhi ho par 1-9-2013 ke baad
ka hona chahiye agar uske pehle
ka hai to invalid hai
