I.

Rationale:
STRENGTHEN talent and skill on Japanese paper folding (Origami) moving
from simple to difficult objects.

II.

General Objectives:
At the end of each meeting, the students shall be able to:
1. INITIATE promotion of sincere camaraderie among members by sharing
of demonstrations of Origami during the term.
2. PROMOTE interest in learning more of the culture of this Art.
3. TRIGGER development of cooperation among members by volunteering
to assist one another in the various steps involved in the paper folding
steps.
4. UPDATE bulletin wall of various finished Origami items in the Art
room and those posted in the Art website: http://dlszart0514.weebly.com/gs-origami-club.html
5. Attempt this school year to present demonstrations using information
technology for the digital kids.

III.

Specific Objectives:
In detail, the students shall be able to:
1. Promote a cooperative one-family environment across its G5 & G6
membership.
2. Develop skill in paper-folding by making simple to difficult items for the
bulletin board of the Club, as well as to volunteer for SAO activities in
need of art activities for kids of the DLSZ partner communities.
