ESTILO DE LIDERAZGO Y SUS ENFOQUES GERENCIALES.

RESUMEN:
Esta ponencia es el producto de una investigacin que tuvo como objetivo explicar los estilos de
liderazgo y sus enfoques gerenciales. Para ello se estudiaron un cuerpo de teoras referidas a los estilos de
liderazgo y la gerencia, de un grupo seleccionado de autores contemporneos. Metodolgicamente la
investigacin fue de tipo documental y el anlisis de los documentos, y el instrumento utilizado fue la ficha
bibliogrfica que permitieron realizar una aproximacin terico- metodolgica de las variables de estudio
para entender el papel que juegan los lderes y gerentes en las metas propuestas en cualquier organizacin.
Los resultados de esta investigacin se pueden observar en el anlisis de los objetivos propuestos. As se
estableci que un estilo de liderazgo corresponde a un tipo especfico de gerente, es decir, existe una
relacin intrnseca entre estilo de liderazgo y gerencia.

STYLE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT APPROACHES

ABSTRACT

This paper is the product of an investigation that aimed to explain the leadership styles and
management approaches. To do a body of theories regarding leadership styles and management of a select
group of contemporary authors are studied. Research was methodologically documentary and the analysis of
documents, and the instrument used was the bibliographic record that allowed performing a theoretical and
methodological approach of the study variables for understanding the role of leaders and managers in the
proposed goals any organization. The results of this research can be seen in the analysis of the objectives. Is
well established that a leadership style corresponds to a specific type of manager, such there is an intrinsic
relationship between leadership style and management.
