300gramscreamcheese
150gramsicingsugar
125mldoublecream(orwhippingcream)
1. Preheattheoventogasmark4/180C/350F,andbutterandlinea23cm/9inchspringformtin.
2. PourtheGuinnessintoalargewidesaucepan,addthebutterinspoonsorslicesandheatuntilthe
butter'smelted,atwhichtimeyoushouldwhiskinthecocoaandsugar.Beatthesourcreamwiththeeggs
andvanillaandthenpourintothebrown,buttery,beerypanandfinallywhiskintheflourandbicarb.
