What is a Libertarian?
The Libertarian philosophy is simple' (t is a ision of how people should be able to lie their lies as
indiiduals, according to their deepest beliefs and ta/ing conse0uences for their actions' 1e beliee
that human happiness re0uires freedom and that freedom re0uires limited goernment, here are my

use of our limited financial resources, and eliminate waste and bureaucracy at state and local

signature and a copy of the affidait attached with the opportunity to contact the court that issues the
warrant to erify its alidity' +teps ( would ta/e'

there is a probable cause that they are necessary to aoid death or serious in3ury to an innocent
