Good day!

On behalf of our class BSN-4, I would like to inform you that we are conducting a seminar on September 24,
2013 with a theme of Nurses: A Glimpse of the Past, a Reflection of the Present and a Promise of the Future as part of
the requirements in our NCM 107 subject: Leadership and Management. In line with this, we are asking for your
financial help in the amount of P2,000 as payment for your son/daughter ______________________________________.
We hope to receive the amount on or before September 13, 2013. Actually each student stated to give partial payments.
Last June, however to avoid conflict and for safety reasons, the class agreed to collect the amount of P2,000 in one full
payment.
