that our founder and executives have in order to break into this industry and offer services and products at competitive
prices. White Card will take this sector by storm and already have several high level partners lined up. We are targeting
the physical security market in the local high tech industrial manufacturing industry.

first products and services roll, we expect our above average level of services and products to contribute to word of
mouth advertising. Due to the fact that the local high tech industry is a close knit group, we expect to quickly gain

White Card Automated provides multiple security based services and products that are scalable and customizable. Every
company that approaches White Card Automated gets a tailored experience and a fully dedicated staff.
Company Ownership/Legal Entity
White Card Automated currently a partnership with ownership split between the two primary investors. As we grow our
plan is to become a limited liability corporation and eventually a fully incorporated entity.
Location
White Card Automated will be located in Kent, Washington. This location offers very specific advantages to a security
based company. We are located very close to several headquarters of national companies. We are also close to high tech
manufactures such as Boeing, and high tech companies such as Microsoft and Amazon. The local proximity means that
our customers will see distinct advantages in doing business with us.
Interior
White Card Automated has located a business site that will provide all of our needs for the first two years of operations
and growth. It is located in and industrial park with loading bay access and quick access to the interstate system.
Hours of Operation
White Card Automated will be open from 9 A.M to 6 P.M. Monday through Saturday for our main business operations.
However our services sector will be on call 24/7 to take care of any problems our customers may have.

We have already established a working relationship with our main supplier, Security Inc. We are confident that the deals
we have built will give us a pricing advantage versus other competitors.

White Card Automated will provide additional services to anyone who contracts with us. The most important aspect of
this is that we will have someone on all call at all times. These people will be experts in solving issues and will go the
extra mile to fix ay problems.
Manufacturing
While White Card Automated is not an manufacturing company, we will maintain a small shop that will give us the
ability to custom make and custom fit products for our customers.
Management
The two co-owners will manage White Card Automated. The role will be split into general manager, and manager of
products. This allows for a unified management system with different spheres of influence.
Financial Management
White Card Automated will use business standard practices to manage finances. We will be acquiring a full time
accounting department as soon as possible in order to ensure proper tracing is being done. All other financial
management systems will be used.
Start-Up/Acquisition Summary
Startup funds have already been located and additional credit is already secured. We are confident that the required
startup money is ready to go and sufficient enough until the business becomes self-sufficient.
Marketing
Marking is vital our business plan. White Card Automated will use a combination of many different technique to get our
word out.

Due to the many high technology and national headquarters surrounding White Cards location, the market for security

There is much market segmentation in the security world. The most important segmentation is the split between
national corporations and smaller, locally owned business. It is important that we offer business solutions for both
segments.

Competition
While there are other security firms, we believe none of them are offering the same products and services we are. Most
are national security companies that dont know the local business environment that we do. Also our combined industry
knowledge gives us a distinct advantage.
Pricing
Our pricing strategy will be based on not charging for more than a company needs to fix a specific problem. Many
security companies offer more than what is needed in order to drive up the prices, us at White Card will not participate
in this type of pricing.
Advertising and Promotion
White Card Automated will use our local contacts with established companies to make contact and grow our customer
based. Many White Card Automated employees will be pulled from the local market, and we are confident these contacts
and word of mouth will be the back bone of our business.
