Teacher Self-reflection I believe that my lesson was age appropriate and had kid-friendly elements that would keep the students interested in doing the assigned activity. I believe that I could have spent more time explaining the parts of the equation and defining unfamiliar vocabulary words. I could have also done an example with the students instead of just telling them what to do. You can not assume that what you think will happen is going to happen.
