ABSTRACT

Today’s competitive environment needs satisfaction of organizational


employees. So, companies try to improve communication within and outside the
organization. The objective of the project is to determine the role of business
communication in the success of multinational company. This is a descriptive study of
the structure of communication in Mobilink. This research reveals unconventional and
sway communication techniques that Mobilink utilize in order to manage its relations
with its internal and external customers and which play important role in its success.

We will analyze the method, style and structure of communication used by


Mobilink by visiting its office in calendar 2009. We will deeply examine whether the
communication structure in Mobilink is centralized or decentralized and the different
communication channels used by Mobilink. The basic question we will explore, ask how
communication plays vital role in the success of Mobilink. Moreover our work will reveal
the fact that communication is the lifeblood of the organization.

The result from this project could be useful in revealing how effective
communication helps Mobilink to achieve organizational success and up to which extent
strong communication structure is necessary for Mobilink to be the largest cellular
service provider. The results will further explicit the need for improving communication
system in any organization.

This work will conclude that important communications can make difference to
our company because each message communicates the essential quality and culture of
the company and can either build goodwill or destroy it and communication is of
paramount importance for any organization to be successful in this competitive world.
