Trust Agreement , the agreement entered into as of October 20, 2014 by and between Hamid

Izadpour, 301-5978 Wilson Ave., Burnaby, BC V5H2R, herein referred to as the Trustee
and Roger Albay, 301-5978 Wilson Ave., Burnaby, BC V5H2R6 , herein referred to as the
Grantor
BE IT KNOWN, that for payment in the sum of $0 (just as a gift), without any receipt of which is
acknowledged, the undersigned Roger Albay (Grantor ) hereby transfers to Hamid Izadpour
(Trustee), the following described motor vehicle (Vehicle):

The trusteeship is subject to the following conditions and representations:

Grantor acknowledges that he dont pay for the Vehicle just as a gift in short period (less than
one month).
Grantor allows the Trustee 30 days to have the Vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic,
and agrees to cancel the Trusteeship if the inspection is unsatisfactory to the Trustee.
The Trustee will return back the vehicle after pass his road test less than 1 month from now
without charge also must transfer to Grantor.
Trustee has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best
of the Grantors knowledge that the Vehicle being transferred is in good operating condition.
